Ticketing Agent

Any ticketing agent facilitating event registration or handling VAT compliance acts solely as an intermediary processing payments on behalf of Emailexpert UK Ltd. The ticketing agent has no contractual relationship with you beyond this limited administrative function. All contractual obligations, including payment, delivery of services, cancellation, and refunds, are strictly between the ticket purchaser and Emailexpert UK Ltd.

1. Participant Requirements

1.1 Access

Your payment and registration entitle you to access the Event for which you have registered. Any additional costs associated with your attendance (e.g., travel, accommodation, optional activities) are your responsibility, and Emailexpert has no liability for such costs. Additional in-person activities may incur extra charges.

1.2 Use of Likeness

By participating in the Event, you grant Emailexpert the right to record, film, photograph, or capture your likeness and to distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use this media in perpetuity. If you do not wish your likeness to be used, you may opt out by notifying us in writing via email before the Event or during registration. We will make reasonable efforts to exclude your likeness from media recordings. This grant includes the right to edit, use, and disseminate the media.

1.3 Event Content

Emailexpert reserves the right to change any aspect of the Event, including the name, content, programme, speakers, venue, and timings, but not the Event date. The Event may be recorded and may be streamed live to paid participants, subject to technical availability. While we will make best efforts to provide a live stream, this is not guaranteed due to potential technical issues. Replays may be available depending on the ticket type purchased and may be made available publicly after the Event.

2. Prohibited Conduct

2.1 Limitations on Use

By registering for an Event, you agree not to sell, transfer, or share your access link or code unless authorised by Emailexpert UK Ltd in writing. If you violate this policy, Emailexpert may cancel your access, retain any payments, report you to law enforcement, and ban you from future Events.

2.2 Disruptive Conduct

Emailexpert reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive or detrimental to the Event or to other attendees’ enjoyment.

2.3 Recording, Live Streaming, and Videotaping

Participants are prohibited from recording, broadcasting, or sharing audio or video from Event sessions.

2.4 Unethical Business Practices

Emailexpert reserves the right to deny participation to anyone engaging in unethical or non-compliant business practices.

3. Fees and Registration

3.1 Payment

Payment for the Event is due at the time of registration. If payment is insufficient or declined, Emailexpert may deny access to the Event without liability.

3.2 Taxes

The Event fee may be subject to applicable taxes, such as VAT or sales tax, which will be added to the price.

4. Cancellation and Quality Assurance

4.1 Quality Assurance

Emailexpert strives to provide a valuable experience. If you believe there is room for improvement, please provide feedback via the evaluation form upon arrival. To request a credit or refund, submit a written request within 5 business days of the Event to hello@emailexpert.com. Complaints will be evaluated in context with feedback from other participants.

4.2 Cancellations

Participants may cancel their attendance up to 14 days before the Event. The price will be provided as credit for a future Event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the Event. If you fail to cancel and do not attend, you remain responsible for full payment. Name changes up to 24 hours before the event are accepted. Emailexpert and its agents are not obligated to refund any portion of the registration fee beyond these terms.

4.3 Force Majeure

If circumstances beyond Emailexpert’s control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics) require termination or cancellation of the Event, Emailexpert may cancel without liability. If the Event is canceled prior to its start, Emailexpert will reschedule the Event, and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled Event or another Event of your choice.
